Flatcash^TM Terms and Conditions

Pheromones Flatcash^TM Marketing Program is owned by Pheromones Marketing International (hereafter FMI). Flatcash^TM software is developed, maintained, and operated by IMI. Flatcash^TM software remains the property of IMI.
All of the following terms and conditions must be adhered to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement. IMI reserves the right to terminate this agreement upon their discretion. Failure to comply with any of the terms below in IMI's opinion, could result in the termination of your Flatcash^TM account, forfeiture of all earning and banned from this program and all future IMI and/or FMI programs.

1. The following terms and conditions apply to Flatcash^TM sponsorship program unless stated otherwise by IMI or FMI in writing.

2. A raw click is defined as a potential buyer who clicks a banner/text link from a sponsor's site. A potiential purchase is defined as a potential buyer who clicks a linked banner/text and then purchases one or more of IMI/FMI's products. A purchase is defined as a verified purchase and all payments cleared. IMI log files will prevail in determining amount of clicks and purchases.

3. You may post as many Flatcash^TM banners on your site as you wish, You may use our banner, text link, your own banner or your own text link. All banners must be served off YOUR server. Hot linked banners, hit manufacturing, falsification, bandwidth theft, generating clicks from password protected directories, any attempt at misleading advertising, as well as using other sponsorship program's banners for linking to IMI^TM's web sites are all a violation of this agreement and subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all payments! The operators of Flatcash^TM know every trick in the book from wingate proxy hit bot to the latest remote *nix exploits (in fact our securities admin coded alot the sploits). The clickthru program is developed by one of our technical staff, cheaters will only waste their time with this program.

4. We are enforcing 100% NO SPAM policy. If IMI^TM believe that that you might be spamming any of our sites, your account will be suspended, and you have 48 hours to prove otherwise. spamming is defined by sending unsolicited electronic messages to people you do not know. This includes but NOT LIMITED TO e-mail, excessive news groups, ICQ, AOL etc. Should you violate this term your account WILL BE terminated, and you will NOT get paid! IMI^TM does not encourage spamming activities, but if you so wish to do so, the only alternative is to purchase unlabelled bottles from our wholesale division, however you may NOT associate "your" product with FMI, IMI^TM or any of our trading names, trade marks, web sites, email addresses etc..

5. The action of sending any clicks from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices is a violation of this agreement: password selling or trading, picpost, gallery post, excessive newsgroup postings, and organized multiple web site pop-up consoles. Additionally, using HTML tags and/or JavaScript to click on banners are strictly prohibited!

6. Payments are sent twice a month. For the 1st through the 15th we send the check on 20th. For the 16th through to the end of the month, we send the check on the 5th of the following month. For earnings under $45.00, we will carry that amount to the following pay period. All payments are sent in US dollars drawn in an US Bank.

7. The productivity of your account is reviewed each pay period. Should the account fell below 1 sale in 800 clicks, you will be paid $20/sale for that period. IMI^TM's Flatcash^TM reserve the right to terminate non productive accounts in which case the account holder will be paid US$20 per sale. IMI^TM's Flatcash^TM generates on average 1 purchase in every 128 clicks!

8. Only one account per person/organisation.

9. IMI^TM reserves the right to terminate or refuse sponsorship to any site for any reason at any time.

10. If a sponsorship account is created with false/misleading information, the account will be terminated and ALL accrued funds will be forfeited.

11. IMI^TM will not be held responsible for losses due to down times caused by any reason.

12. IMI^TM reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL clicks and/or signups accumulated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement in anyway.

13. IMI^TM reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than two weeks.

14. IMI^TM reserves the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason.

15. IMI^TM reserves the right to change the pay out rate with a 48 hours notice.

16. You must notify us in writing to terminate this agreement.

17. If your were previously terminated by us, you must e-mail admin@flatcash.com to review your application again. Failing to do so will result in forfeiture of all earnings.

18. IMI^TM reserves the right to modify this agreement at anytime without notification.
